This is an ongoing collection of elemental souvenirs of Canada. Some are items I have found in thrift stores like "Fresh Air from Cape Breton" and "Water from the Grey River, NFLD" and others are ones I have made, like "CN Tower Smog" and "Maid of the Mist Mist". I enjoy the gesture of trying to capture the essence of a place, the question of whether or not what is contained is as advertised, and the "made in China" stickers that are on the bottoms of the manufactured souvenirs.
